First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to making your experience incredibly pleasant. The security team, cannabis advisors/senior cannabis advisors, agents in charge, managers/upper management, the very present/involved/hands-on owners and even the adorable shop dog, Emmy, constantly have smiles on their faces and put out good vibes, striving to bring smiles to all the customers as well. Stopped by 3 times now. Love this place. Edibles are a great quality, and flower is potent. The joints were rolled a little tight bc of the stickiness, but the flower is a good quality. Tried the Blackberry Kush vape, and it is fantastic. The hits are gentle but give strong effects. Will be back as soon as possible

I simply love Cannapa! The Hillsborough location is perfect for a lunch run during working hours. It's always clean and the bud tenders are always helpful. my last experience was the best. I wish I remember the tenders name that helped me. She was a Black lady. I went in just to pick up a couple grams in their anniversary. She was able to recommend really good options and describe the experience she had with each flower. I hope I get her every time.

This place is not like other dispensaries from the vibe to the freebies and colors. (Freebies meaning pizza Friday and free drinks) The atmosphere is out of this world. Never been to a dispensary that feels like a party walking in! I love the new location! The cloud wall is top tier too
