I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none! I loved the atmosphere of Sociale! from the second you are greeted by the security they are all incredibly kind. I have had the best times with Jeremy who works there! He is the BEST! and truly looks out for the customer :) i’ve been a pretty frequent buyer and since they opened I will not change dispensaries! they are the absolute best!!

Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.

I found the staff awesome helpful and my order took like three minutes flat they helped me find some new favs for flower strains I followed on FB and would definitely make this place one of my go-to dispensaries
