Some of the places in Memphis have mediocre products. This place surpasses them, in my opinion. You can’t beat good customer service and good people. I’ve been here several times and each flower has been fire!!!!

Just good folks who know their stuff. Popped into Texas Hill Country Vape needing a new tank after mine crapped out. The manager Alexis hooked me up quick – no fuss, no pushing fancy gear I don't need. She was even able to save me a few bucks by throwing in a deal after I was ready to pay sticker price. Place is clean, no annoying music or weird smells. It honestly feels more like a place that's trying to be a part of the community, rather than some sketchy head shop vibe. They stand behind their product's quality and their recommendations have been spot on, which is always a nice peace of mind. If you're around Blanco and want honest help without all the smoke and mirrors, this is your spot. Solid people.

Been coming here for about 6months and I love it. Just wanted you to know that I didn't get my new renewal card for $25.00 & you need add$100.00 ,not very happy but it's over and hopefully I will be there until I hear back from the Medical Marijuana.

I tried going to this a couple of months ago and it was shut down, so I lost hope id have a dispensary in walking distance of my apartment. I checked it on a whim and saw they reopened August 1st. interesting layout and good selection, knowledgeable staff, no complaints. not the cheapest but decent ongoing deals and no wait time. only ding was the scanner/point of sale was acting up but the budtender got it squared away. cash only.

Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

And I the online pick up lady was amazing! Great personality and gave me an industry discount since I work at a local head shop! Excellent customer service!
