The staff are excellent. They're helpful and knowledgeable. I can ask questions, and they don't make you feel weird about it. It always feels like they're genuinely happy to be there too.

I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications. And if you're lucky, Mr. Kyle will be there, and he'll make you feel so welcomed, and you'll walk out with a lot of information gained. I will see y'all next week. 5 stars for Mr. Kyle!!! Keep forgetting to write this review! I've been a customer of Botanic Bliss for some months now, and my experience is always 10/10. Nick, who always assists me, is always on top of things (and has good recommendations for products!). Interestingly enough, I've never stepped foot into the storefront! I always order via Leafly and it's always a good experience. As for the products themselves, all I can say is try the purple Cosmic Nectar, hehe. I'm a heavier toker, and that's my drink of choice from here when I can afford to buy it. I've tried some other edibles here too, and all of them are have been great, really! Thanks again for the stellar service and items, Nick and co!

My experience at THC Vape & Smoke was a very pleasant one! The guy who helped me really knew what he was talking about, and he was very friendly and professional. Because he took the time to show me things I wouldn’t have normally looked at, I found really cool gifts for people and some of the best smoke I’ve found in this area. They have a little bit of everything you would expect to find at a vape and smoke shop but the quality was better and the customer service is on point.

My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. I'll definitely be going back just because of her.

WONDERFUL, WELL INFORMED STAFF! The best dispensary in Louisiana by far. Everything is so open and you can pick up and look at all the strains, even smell them! I would drive here from almost any part of Louisiana just to deal with only their employees.

Just good folks who know their stuff. Popped into Texas Hill Country Vape needing a new tank after mine crapped out. The manager Alexis hooked me up quick – no fuss, no pushing fancy gear I don't need. She was even able to save me a few bucks by throwing in a deal after I was ready to pay sticker price. Place is clean, no annoying music or weird smells. It honestly feels more like a place that's trying to be a part of the community, rather than some sketchy head shop vibe. They stand behind their product's quality and their recommendations have been spot on, which is always a nice peace of mind. If you're around Blanco and want honest help without all the smoke and mirrors, this is your spot. Solid people.
