My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. This was my first visit to a dispensary in PA since getting my medical card, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They took the time to educate me on the different products, explained the benefits clearly, and even introduced me to options I didn’t know were available to help treat my medical conditions. I’m really glad I stopped at this location and will definitely be shopping here again.

The employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The selection is good and the quality of the products is very good. This is my favorite dispensary to go to.

Illicit country lemonade is fire. Had tried the blueberry muffin previously & a few of the carts they have to. Sour apple, blueberry muffin, & mojito.

I go there on occasion. Usaully I go for one or two of my favorite buds with high THC levels, that I cant get anywhere else. The place is much better since its expantion. Bigger place, more staff, different staff, variety/lifestyle of staff, plenty of lighting, I have recommended this place to several ppl.

100% Best Dispo In Jersey!! 1. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. "The Bucket Man" at the front of the house was very welcoming and enjoyable to talk to. The two female budtenders in the back were awesome as well. The whole staff gave off amazing vibes and you could tell they really love what they do. 2. The product. Was. Exquisite. Absolutely fresh and the prices are phenomenal. The menu is pretty extensive and there is much to choose from. This is my new go to dispo. Absolutely!

Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!

I'm a heavy user for chronic pain, but my liver can't handle my occasional scotch, so I enjoy some recreational use also. I love this little shop. Standard configuration shop with a personable security person at the door as expected and the usual set up with budteneders at the counter, sample cases with a lovely variety of goods to consider while you wait. I've tried 3 other local shops and this is my number one for the following: 1 - Locally owned. Minority owned. LGBTQ+ owned. Employing the same. 2- I know a lot. I always learn more from them. 3-Amazing variety of strains and products. Because I'm primarily a medical user, I have to trust the shop to always have something that will work for my needs. They have never let me down and have gone above and beyond more than once. 4-Always a reasonable price, quantity discounts, good suggestions, and they pay attention to what your needs are. As noted, I use it daily for pain when I must remain alert and coherent, but I also like to try a little 'Saturday Night' bud. They have never steered me wrong. I feel like these are 'my people' and have become my primary source. .

this was a fantastic stop, especially for my first time using a medical marijuana dispensary. I am a disabled veteran and they gave me such care even though the system for the state was running slow. I appreciated the pharmacist appointment to help me explore what was readily available and the bud tender knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly suggest.
