Love the attention the customer is given to answer questions, for demonstrations and information regarding the products they are selling. The environment is fantastic and positive. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. Very professional and respectful. The meds are great. They have very good prices, best prices I've seen around the area. I drive 30 min to get here and I have a dispensary in my town. So that says alot.

I visited Levels in Niles for the first time on Thursday. I have been to many other dispos in Michiana, but none of them can match Levels in size and selection! I was immediately greeted and checked in by a friendly employee. I was then taken back to a HUGE sales floor! I mean, some of the other dispos entire buildings could fit inside of it! The walls are lined with TONS of deli style and prepackaged flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, etc. They have the largest selection of strains/products that I've seen in any dispo. They also had some glass pipes and rolling papers. The budtender I had (I *think* his name was Eric) was AMAZING. He was extremely knowledgeable and introduced me to an awesome new strain! I got 25% off and two free pre rolls (that were actually decent) for being a first time customer. I will say that the regular prices might be slightly higher than the dispos in Constantine and Edwardsburg, but I will definitely be back to Levels whenever they have good deals.

Great weed no chemical or artificial terpes taste, clean grow and smooth smoke. Top notch weed done well and not cutting corners for a profit like 90% of grows. A premium American homegrown product. Would recommend over any other dispo and grow from Chicago to Detroit.

It's alright except for the prices. But other than that it's a good experience.
