I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

NWC is a really nice dispensary without feeling hoity toity. They have a great selection and their prices are good. The best part about this store is the bud tenders. They are knowledgeable and down to earth. I've had one tell me I wouldn't like a particular brand/strain combo based on the other stuff I was buying. I appreciate a straightforward opinion even if it means I'm not spending as much.

I live near the SR area. But despite that, have tried offerings from most of the many dispensaries to be found in Bend; at this point Cannabis Nation in Sunriver tends to beat almost all of them price-wise on most things. It’s not only convenient for me, but in 2023 their pricing blows many Bend dispensaries out of the water. Plus regular rotating sales and a points program! I was a customer from the very beginning of the being built, and it has gotten better and better over the years, in every way. The quality of their products is great, it’s not an enormous store but tends to be quite a well-curated selection of products in each category. I almost always use cartridges, prefer live or cured resin based cartridges or the occasional edible. I sometimes wish I still smoked bud itself just to have more access to selection, but the fact is I love this place. Sales are frequent and generous, and the base non-sale pricing on most items is more then fair to be begin with. Some things more noticeably pricy than others, but usually because it’s a particular brand or something like brand-specific (Pax) pod and not their fault. Their in house Cannabis Nation branded live resin carts are quite good ones, but some of the more expensive. They have a good number of in-house flower options as well, but plenty of products from the most well-loved regional & “artisinil ” brands too. Their prices match or beat pretty much anywhere in Bend, they blow Oregrown out of the water on that one - so much more affordable. The environment is cozy and welcoming, staff are great, and there’s even a rewards program you can enroll in by becoming a (free) member! The points accumulation is not bad at all either. I recommend the Sunriver Cannabis Nation highly. It’s just too bad they no longer use Leafly or the other biggest Med/Red apps to post their menu or allow orders to be placed. You still can on a certain website, but I’m afraid if I name it here it could be a no-no. If you,re curious do a web search. Seriously my favorite and local place.

I had a really awesome first experience here - Leo helped me out a lot finding carts that matched the high I wanted, and gave great recs. The shop has some really good deals, too, and I saw a lot of quality brands so i felt confident about my buys. He also convinced me to grab a Lookah Bear vape pen - I'd never seen them in person before and I LOVE IT. Overall the shop felt good, it had a nice vibe walking in, and all staff I interacted with were really nice. I don't often go to new dispensaries but I'm glad I checked out Lucid!

This is the closest shop to my house so to say I frequent this place a lot is an understatement. The decor is so welcoming, there's a really cool stone wall, and a mural as you leave. You can find friendly staff here that always have great recommendations to meet or exceed my expectations. I also enjoy the variety of products and knowing I can always get a deal with the daily deals or my points!

The staff is friendly and knows what they are talking about! I couldn't be happier with the deals, and love how they didn't try to upsell me too much! Really great products and very friendly and nice glad that I went there to get real stuff!

My 1st visit to this dispensary, and it was a very pleasant experience! And I made several purchases to try their products. After getting home, I tested what I’d purchased and ‘Happily surprised’. I’ll be returning for sure!

Idk what y’all are saying about the staff. Sure you have to wait a few minutes to get some help when they’re busy, but that’s mostly because they give customers their full attention. Which is good, because they’re selling something that can be very personal, given it's effects. Both the guys and the girls I’ve had help me out were very nice, and took what I was looking for to heart and offered their best strains it. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and also sans strobe/flashing lights (thank god) but with varying music (rap, alternative, ect). The quality, so far, has been great.

Fantastic experience every time I visit regardless who’s behind the counter. Their inventory is usually well stocked with a good rotation of product.
