Everyone I saw at Innovative was so kind, professional, and efficient. They made getting my med card extremely easy. They truly took care of everything and all the paperwork. All I had to do was submit it. I appreciated that all of my appointments could be done via telemed AND they took my insurance. I liked them so much that I have switched to their clinic for my primary care doctor. They take every one of my concerns and pain symptoms seriously.

The team at Kind Remedy is very helpful and efficient. The Dr makes the discussion, for applying/renewing (3yr patient), very comfortable and helpful. The convenience of the 'virtual visit' makes their process a breeze!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I was nervous about my appointment but felt more comfortable once I got there. The whole process was very easy and they make everything as convenient as possible. I will be recommending them to anyone who is interested.

I left a one-star review earlier, and I can't find an edit feature to edit that review to offer an update. The issue was resolved. Their systems had gone down for hours, and as soon as they realized the problem, they contacted me and did the appointment right after explaining the situation. They were courteous, friendly, and very apologetic for what had happened. It was simply bad timing that the system went down when it did.

Obviously a bit biased, as we went to school together. However, as a 25+ (ish) user & Commonwealth resident.. Perry is as professional and ahead of the game as you can be. Same story as previous review: application submitted by end of first appointment. Absolutely recommend BTC & I have already told over ~750 people about his practice. :)

I talked to doc mcentire he goes by mac, super nice guy and values your time told me everything i needed to know and gave me an appointment immediately

I usually have a lot of anxiety going to new doctors but the staff was very warm, friendly, and accommodating...even when I was late to the appointment. The doctor is definitely a cool dude, probably the most pleasant doctor's appointment that I've ever gone to lol. Got my card less than 24 hours after paying for the Registration.

Trusted Care Network provided excellent care for my medical card needs. Dr. Nick was personable and very knowledgeable about a treatment plan for me. I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and the doctor and team was very helpful in finding the best treatment options for me with a medical marijuana card. I would highly recommend them. The process was simple and easy and was done virtually. I had my medical card in a very short time and was able to purchase at a local dispensary very quickly as well.
