This was my first time getting my medical marijuana recommendation letter and I am glad the process went well. They connect you with a professional doctor who asks you about your medical condition and if you have any medical dpcuments to support your concern. The doctor that was alloted to me was pretty nice. I really liked him. I am now just waiting for my rec letter to arrive, so that I can start off with my cannabis treatment.

When I started this process I didn't exactly know what to do but the People at TimeWise Medical were so helpful and let me know how everything would work, I did as they said and everything went very smooth, I talked with Dr. Locketz on the phone he was very understanding and approved me. Then I had to wait for my medical cannabis card to be approved, then I made an appointment with Jeff the pharmacist who figured out what meds I needed, then I went to the office and picked them up everything went real smooth and I felt very comfortable in the office

I definitely recommend I had a great visit with the doctor. He was very efficient and fast. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a natural way to ease pain.

I left a one-star review earlier, and I can't find an edit feature to edit that review to offer an update. The issue was resolved. Their systems had gone down for hours, and as soon as they realized the problem, they contacted me and did the appointment right after explaining the situation. They were courteous, friendly, and very apologetic for what had happened. It was simply bad timing that the system went down when it did.
