Sour Apple

VERY sticky nugs. As a nighttime medicine this was perfect. Knocked me on my ass within 30 minutes. Slept like a baby.

Chocolope

Very heady. Too much so for me to use during the day...but man oh man does this stuff do the trick at night. Can you say couch potato? I expected chocolate but no....I smelled and tasted light grapefruits and sweetness...like sweet tea. A tiny bit of chocolate on the exhale. 10-15 minutes with a strong peak at about the 1 hour mark....I was usually asleep by 2 hours.

Amazing Grace

This strain is an answer to prayers. Having been a patient due to a spinal cord injury for two years now this is the first high CBD strain I've been able to access. Opening the jar, (I got 1 oz.), I was slammed with a very strong citrus mixed with a strong earthy/muskiness. Very sticky buds left my fingers tacky just going from the jar to the grinder. THC 1.28% CBD 10.21% or so I was told. I believe my source and the effects. I smoked flower through a water pipe. The musky/earthy smell didn't transfer in flavor but the citrus sure did! A nice full smoke that didn't hurt the throat at all. It took about 20 minutes and the effect on my nerve pain, (constant burning, buzzing, stinging in all 4 limbs), was nothing short of wonderful. To quantify it. After Lyrica and Cymbalta I maintain a constant pain level of 3-5... a 1/4gram bowl took me down to a 1+ for almost 3 hours without being taken "out of it" with the head high. Perfect daytime medicine!

Cannabist - Lowell (Medical)

The ONLY reason I didn't do 5 stars for quality is that when I visited the menu was limited and they had strict quantity restrictions. I bought a little Chocolope and a couple of Sour Kush pre-rolls both of which were excellent. The process was easy and showed a real concern for how cannabis would, or would not, help with my pain. We talked about how different strains can be used for specific functions. Oh...and the new edibles are great. I got to try the Ginger Snap and the Chocolate Brownie/Cookie flavor. Big shout to Andrew and Neil! Go see the crew at Patriot Care-Lowell.

Sunshine Daydream

Extremely helpful for my pain easily reducing it from a 3-4 to a 1. Good daytime strain...I wanted to remain active and accomplish chores. Light fruity taste that was difficult to define all the way from hints of berry to a slight sour quality. This was particularly effective for the spasticity.........

Ghost Train Haze

This was a great daytime pain reliever for me. Although I did find that I had to cut back on my dosages. Normal dosing actual led to an uneasy state of being mentally alert and creative....but physically wanting to zone out. It was weird. Nice tight buds that look like they were dusted in sugar. Sour citrus smell/taste.

Mother of Berries

The blueberry qualities were definitely there and I did use this as a nighttime strain however, I was not impressed with the taste and quality of the flower I obtained. This is not the strains fault. I will re-review this strain when I get another sample.

For my nerve pain I found this to have a very calming effect. I wanted to vegetate so this was a great bedtime strain for me. What I had was slightly sour in smell but a light, fruity taste.

Candyland

4/13/2016
This is one of the first strains I was given by my caretaker to help with 24/7 lvl5 nerve pain in all four limbs as well as spasticity to the left side. Candyland was fantastic for daytime pain relief. It didn't knock me out and kept my head in the game. However it was not a strain I would use for sleeping. What I had was grown indoors in New England and the buds were light and fluffy. Beautiful trichomes. Made excellent keif.
