First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

I have had nothing short of excellent service from the employees at Medicis. They are professional and courteous. the usual wait time that i have experienced for pickup is under 10 minutes. I have made ALOT of purchases there and only there so i have nothing to compare to but as of now, i rate them 11/10 overall. the selection has recently increased tremendously. the prices are steep but you know what you are getting, the weight is always correct. I have no complaints whatsoever. if there comes a time when i am unable to afford the prices, i will cross that bridge when i get there. if you’ve had a bad experience at other pharmacies, give MEDICIS a try.

I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.

Any negative reviews older than the last year need to be disregarded. This place is amazing. All their flower is well grown and cured. They have a large menu and plenty of deals to fit anyone. Best thing is it's consistent. Not like the Walmart of weed on Bonita Beach road. Truly it's not. The staff here rocks. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. They even go out of their way to get you the best deals for your purchases. Try that at the walmart...nope. If you want top shelf medicine without being taxed $60 for a nice heavy glass jar filled of, maybe it's good this time maybe it's not, the go to Sunnyside. Them folks got it going down.
