I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. As well as the time lady in the back in the pharmacy. I would give it a twenty rating out one to ten. Twenty being "They have it going on. Tysm Ms Karen. Shout out to her. Love you vibes. I visited Kush Gardens Woodward April 17, 2026. I got a gram of Lime Sorbet concentrate for dabbing and 2 28-preroll packs. I was informed by the budtender that I qualified for the 4/20 promotion for spending at least 60 bucks in a single transaction. For less than 20 cents, I was allowed to purchase a 4/20 goodie bag. The choices were Sativa, Hybrid, Indica. I received 4 regular pre-rolls, 1 infused pre-roll, a gram of concentrate, a full Banana goat cartridge for a battery pen, and a package of edibles. I hope I remembered all the goodies! For MMJ, I love Kush Gardens Woodward!

The moment I walked into Relief I knew it was going to be my home dispensary. They give excellent advice from very knowledgeable budtenders, have the best selection of both top shelf and modestly priced medicine and have one of the best Veteran discounts in the KC Metro area. I have been blessed to get my medicine from Relief since MMJ legalization and have no plans to go anywhere else.
