Great first experience for a newbie. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Budtenders took the time to answer all of my questions and the recommendation was amazing. Definitely will be back.

This was my first time to any dispensary and what a lovely experience! The staff was kind and informative, especially Cheryl & Deborah who easily eased my anxiety.

I would say I'm a regular customer here. This is for a good reason. The friendly atmosphere Fair prices and just overall feel is just immaculate. I do go to other dispensaries but when I am in Great Barrington this is the one to go to. I would recommend anyone looking to go to a dispensary to go to this one they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. And they will offer good recommendations if you're not sure what you're looking for. Once again you guys do a great job there keep up the good work and can't wait to see you soon.

Wow. I have been in a lot of dispensaries in my life & this, Peak location, ranks among the best. The cannabis flower is very, very nice, enhanced by the deli-style ordering because you can smell & see what you are getting. My bud-tender was helpful & patient with me as I chose my purchases. Beyond that, even though this is a recreational use facility, the kindness & compassion demonstrated by the staff really moved me.

Preface: I've now been a medical cannabis patient for just over two months now. I am so grateful for the benefits of being able to use cannabis for a host of symptoms produced by several neurological issues. I have noticed an improvement in tolerating my neuropathy. I also have seen an improvement in my mood. And one of the biggest plusses has been my ability to give up alcohol, even if it was casual usage. I could have gotten a card years ago but chose to stick with pharmaceuticals. I'm finding now that I wish I had gotten a card much sooner. Now, on to my review of Etain after several visits. Etain's customer service is always excellent, every single time. I can't always make up my mind what I might find effective for my various ailments, so I end up placing several orders before I make my visit. Etain has always been prompt in filling every single order, and I truly appreciate that. They always have something on their menu that I can use, and sometimes they add surprise options in flower. I do use a fair amount of cannabis daily, but I'd rather use cannabis than pharmaceuticals. To find relief at this stage in my illness has been simply amazing. Again, as a medical consumer, it's so great to have flower that works. Etain's flower is packaged magnificently to maintain the fantastic quality of the product. You will find the highest quality flower, and they have a nice selection of vaporizers, including 510 thread-friendly cartridges. Edibles? Oh yes, they have a wonderful selection of those, to boot. Brands carried include The Botanist, Vireo, and matter., as well. CBD products are available, as well. This truly is a dispensary that is more geared towards wellness. Etain's facility is relaxing and cheerful. I am always greeted warmly, and I always feel completely comfortable in their cozy seats waiting the few minutes required to get my order(s). The have plenty of parking, too! Easy to access, just a few minutes from the center of Kingston. Their rewards program is just the icing on the cake. I don't know what else I can say about Etain to express how stellar they are. Buy weed from women! Get thine self to Etain. You'll be glad you went, and you will feel better thanks to benefit of quality cannabis.

I visited this RISE for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered online so all I needed to do was pay and pick it up. It was pretty busy the day I went so I really did not do any exploring. Juriel helped me at the counter. He helped me navigate AeroPay. He gave me a little discount. He was professional and friendly…everything you would imagine your store representative should be. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I thought that the products that I chose were great…I took the time to research the products based on their descriptions and reviews. Just a great experience all the way around.

I have been here countless times and every single time is a positive experience, strictly awesome. Flower is FIRE, I’ve tried many, many options from their menu. Staff is equally as awesome as the weed here. I smoke everyday and prefer indica, high THC, much much stronger strains (Florida Kush by botanist is top tier) ie: anxiety & insomnia & I like how indica makes me feel. I ask a lot of questions and, bless the staff, they take their time to answer ANYTHING with incredible and impeccable detail. & they remember the details! I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Everything is organized, clean, check-out tablets are super user friendly, and staff is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend if you’re in North Jersey. I think it’s safe to say: if they had a customer of the month, it’d be me at least once LOL. BEST DISPO EVER!!!! You guys are awesome!!!! Wow!!!! Best dispo I’ve been to in NEW YORK, Dispensary is near me, best dispensary on the upper east side, maybe even the best dispensary in Manhattan. They have the widest and biggest selection of flower and pre rolls that I’ve seen so far. The staff is so kind, the workers are so friendly, the employees are very knowledgeable about the brands, they answered all of my questions. I felt like, after I left I knew much more about cannabis. lol If anyone wants to go to a beautiful, affordable, dispensary near the upper east side, in Manhattan NYC I recommend them. They have so many SKUs of flower it’s pretty amazing. Way better selection and prices than bliss and Lex down the street. 5 starts all around. Thank you THC

Way to expensive for the common smoker. I rather buy the same quality flower from the black market for more then half the price. I have been buying fower probably before you guys were born. I know my flower.
