So let me start by saying I am new to all of the medical dispensaries and what to choose that can help me. The staff is very informative and they made me feel at ease in lieu of totally no clue person. I was surprised how affordable it was with discounts applied. Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.

The service was excellent. The manager hooked me up with a free pack of rolling paper. Also you let me spend $100 when my order was 103. Thank you so much for the great service and good product.

First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

Green Dragon continues their great Colorado roots here! From Colorado so familiar with them and shocked no one knows about them. Very potent genetic strains even for experienced users so start slow! Prices are unbeatable and their selection of flower is very wide. They got a good amount of glass pieces and accessories on display. It’s a little white building so keep an eye out.

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out.
