At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

I am so satisfied with this product. This product is really good. I’ve been taking it for about a week and everything about my life is changing. I have no more pain. My depression and bipolar has gone. I’m moving around getting around into and things I haven’t done in a while. I am really happy and pleased, I recommend this product it tells the Indica thank you so much for my happiness. Now I have a life a little and I can live and I’m happy.
The staff was so helpful with helping me choose the products needed for my medical needs. Took their time educating me on all the options and treatment methods. The discounts and bundle promotions were very much appreciated.
The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!
I Picked Up Some Afternoon Delight #4 And Animal Scout I Was Very Pleased. I’m Very Picky When It Comes To Strains And These Guys Have Some Quality. Great Brands Like DogWalker And RYTHM Are My Favorite. 1G Carts And Higher None Of Those Over Priced.5’s. And Deals That Make Sense.
Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.
