Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Stopped by 3 times now. Love this place. Edibles are a great quality, and flower is potent. The joints were rolled a little tight bc of the stickiness, but the flower is a good quality. Tried the Blackberry Kush vape, and it is fantastic. The hits are gentle but give strong effects. Will be back as soon as possible

Love Star Buds! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They took their time walking me through everything, and that’s how I ended up trying the Kush Mints from Rock River Ranch. Absolute home run. I’ll definitely be picking it up again. Really appreciate how helpful everyone was!

But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. I love this dispensary. Everyone is so friendly, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Fair prices, and daily discount menu. For such a small town, they have a better selection than most of Tupelo. Anything you need specifically, they will always do their best to get for you. I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door.
