It was first time going and I loved the service that was provided. The lady was very nice and helped choose alot of good products. Definitely will.be going all the time.

I recently visited The Fire Station and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. The variety and quality of products available were impressive, ensuring there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was inviting, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment added to the positive experience. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service at The Fire Station, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dispensary experience in our community!

Incredible Place. We had NSH and they were gouging the area and obtained their place through the shady arrest of the original owner by dirty cops. When The Fire Station arrived , after the rest of the garbage our local religious and politician leaders did when they got them all shut down , except NSH funny huh , it was a breath of fresh air. Selection is fantastic , prices can't be beat , the delivery is an absolute treasure for those of us disabled and more or less house bound. Been a cpl years and I have zero complaints and nothing but praise. I never write reviews but this place , it deserved it. May you be here a long long time , or at least until I dirt nap any way.

I always use the early bird or happy hour discount to save lots of money. 25% if you order during those times.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Missy. She is very personable and always helpful. Always a great experience for me here. Love love love the place.

They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

Paige Lynn is so very knowledgeable, relatable and her personality is the best for the business. I just love her! Make that girl a manager. Her customer service skills are above and beyond.

Although I haven’t used any of their products I was very impressed with the help getting my WV medical card registration completed…the young lady who helped me was professional & made the process quick & easy…I highly recommend this business I’m anxious to try their products

Kent was the most respectfull person I ever meant Kent was so helpful

Meak and his team are awesome people. Always smiling and ready to help!! When I'm having a bad day they make it better!! Thanks everyone keep rocking on!!

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

DJ was very good at guiding me and had a great personality. Thanks DJ...

I really enjoy visiting the holistic connection for a chill hangout and try new strains at the dab bar.

Cool spot, out of the way and unassuming location. Staff does a good job of meeting you where you are at and helping without pushing aimless sales. It’s the home town shop and it’s comfortable.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Great deals for first time customer. Shop was clean and professional looking. I highly recomend!

Kay the Budtender and every employee there were super positive and had a great vibe. Atmosphere is awesome and the deals were great.

I LOVE PROPER!!! So happy they have their own place. The discounts they give and the prizes you can win are generous! I just won a free ounce of some kiwi sour and it doesn’t expire for another year. Shout out to my Cheyanne for helping me with my order.
