Best hidden gem around love the place and great deals great place

First of all, they stay open to a decent time on Sundays. Tonight I went in on a poormans budget. Bailey helped me get exactly what I needed, and was always smiling and recommended different products for me. She even called me back when left my debit card. Great great service.

I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! Seriously go check them out you wont be disappointed, Especially with their triangle glue #4 and Cornbread in stock right now. The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.
