I have had my card for awhile. I’ve been to many dispensary’s in that time. Never this one, as it is no where near where I live, but I am headed out of town. This place was great!!Morgan went above and beyond to answer a ton of questions, first on the phone (several times because I’m indecisive), then again from my car because I couldn’t go in. *side note I would have been annoyed with me, by a lot, but she never seemed that way. She continued with helping me curbside. People can make a huge difference in an otherwise normal day. She certainly did mine. Thanks again.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Had an amazing bud tender made it super easy to come in and make a selection. She was very knowledgeable on the products and was helpful to navigate the deals that Greenlight has to offer her name was Cece I recommend all my friends to go there for a quick and easy purchase. With a friendly atmosphere and some amazing deals.

We love this place, it’s like no other dispensary you’ll find in this area. It’s a quaint little shop with lots of good energy. It’s built inside what was once a grocery/butcher shop from the late 1800s. It has a shabby chic vibe, but if you need help finding what you need, the knowledgeable cannaseurs there know how to help you find that perfect bud or vape or gummy that will work for you. (Or resin or rosin or drinks, whatever you are looking for.) If you’re in the area, you really should stop in and just see this little gem! Almost forgot - the owner, Kelly, has her own brands. MYTCBD is the CBD brand and Torch Cannabis Co is her own brand for cannabis products she makes in her lab. She makes dosing oils, gummies, and vapes, and candy that is delicious. All of her stuff is full spectrum and gives a great experience. And the best part is she runs great deals every day.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. Thank you guys for a great experience!!!

This was the very first dispo of Fairland. The owner Darren was the most passionate cannabis grower I have met since the law passed. The cultivars offered here were just advanced and rightly so, based on accurate knowledge and understanding of the plant. Offered a variety of different types from haze to OG while keeping it basic but top shelf landraces.
