I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

Cool dudes. They give you free snacks. Apparently it’s family owned and family grown! I only wish there was a little more selection and more bulk deals on buds but they’ve only been open a short while so I’ll give them that.

Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

this has been my go to store for about a year or longer. they have great prices, great products but what really has me coming back are the employees. they're so helpful and always so kind. can't go wrong with great service and great products!

The Nurses Station Dispensary is the best one (in my opinion) because it is staffed with a bunch of friendly and caring people. I think I’ve visited many of the dispensaries within 10 miles of home and in all my wondering to other dispensaries I always returned to the Nurses Station. My husband and I shopped here and Ryan was amazing. He helped us find what we were looking for and really spent a lot of time getting us the best deals for what we were looking for. While there we chatted with a few other employees. I wish I had caught their names as well, they were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be shopping again here. Amazing people!!!

Alya is one of the kindest and most helpful budtenders in the city. I recently purchased some Wedding Cake, on her recommendation, and this strain did not disappoint. Their pre roll deal, on Thursdays, is one of the best in town.

GREAT customer service and quality! Seriously some of the best I've had. Good deals and nice atmosphere. The downtown location doesn't have curbside at the moment, but it wasn't an issue for us. Just a heads up if you order online.
