Okay, so this 65 yo steps in this shop and all works much better than expected. Really nice and good looking people helped out and were good hosts. I got something new and it was as described by the gentleman that helped me, I learned a couple of things, and I suddenly was very happy. My urban heroes ;) I'm writing this after my first experience with that beautiful flower! I have followed Leafly for quite a while now for all the great info and reviews that made me giggle and enhance my vocabulary. Thank you! I created this account today to just write my review on Urban Weeds, I just had to!

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

people are super nice! I've gotten a lot of freebies from sample gummies to merch off of luck and kindness I bought a friend and they like it well. super friendly staff, affordable, good product.

As close to a California dispensary in my opinion, the prices are perfect for anyone on a budget , allot of options, staff is personable, professional and friendly

Really clean and cozy spot. good location 241st& White plains rd to the last stop on the #2 train and walk down stairs! Parking is not to bad either. They had a really cool selection of flowers!. many other treats as well but I'm a flower lover myself. the person that helped me my Rich I think was his name, helpful and knowledgeable on sativa!. I sent a few folks here as well. So far they all gave it the thumbs up! a female friend told me she goes there about 3 times month now. I actually need to go next week myself lol. and I'm definitely passing thru 0n 4/20!!.. I know they gonna have growers galore in there!,...plus some samples to share .

First time into Sunnyside and well into a legitimate ny dispensary and it was such a great experience. From the get go it was easy and staff helpful. Tyrone went above and beyond when I let him know that I was new to the process and shop and gave me a quick tour of all the products and the uses and effects. He made sure throughout the shopping experience that any questions were answered and provided some helpful tips as well to consider. The first time customer discount was great on top of the bundle 15% and the quality of the product has been refreshing. I look forward to coming back in!

It was clean, friendly environment and the Budtenders were nice and knowledgeable. Great background music too

I have traveled 5.3 miles THREE times now to purchase the Smaokland Oz. White Runtz, Blueberry Gelato and Sour diesel and I recommend highly for the price and quality. I have three more trips planned for the Lemon Cherry Gelato, White Widow and GSC. I love this shop and the people here. I can not recommend this dispensary more.
