Went to this store the past 3 times I’ve visited the smokies.Every employee is very friendly and helpful.The quality of the rosin pens and jars(different strain every time) has been amazing all 3 times. Definitely recommend

I have a Minnesota Medical Cannabis Card and find this RISE dispensary as a wonderful location to get both advice, and cannabis selection that really suit my needs. Wonderful staff!

Everyone is always so friendly at this location and the lines are not long at all. The drive through is nice though I've never used it. Probably has the most variety of product for lowest price out of all the local surrounding RISE locations.

Rise in Baxter makes us feel welcomed and like we all belong together. So many of there employees are upbeat and really go the extra mile to help someone in need. I have been here from the day they opened and I absolutely consider them all my friends, Dylan, Tyler, Candice, Cassie, Jamie, Bo and all of you I appreciate you and will spread the word about how this cannibis store makes peaople feel so cared about and like we all matter. I have to give Tyler the manager so much credit for having so many neat and fun emplyees. You know how to pick them Tyler. You have a good sense in who there really loves there job and helping others. I also appreciate your knowledge on everything there is to know about the products you are selling in your store. Insanely friendly and casual environment. Doesn’t look like your standard cookie-cutter dispensary either, which I enjoy. Feels like a place that I would want to chill and light up in. Vibes are always high and the selection is always great. Everyone is knowledgeable and ready to get into as much detail as you’d like about products. Always running great discounts/specials and have one of the best Tier systems for discounts that I’ve seen yet. I could go on longer, but you might as well go in and experience it all for yourself. This has become my new go-to dispo.
