PP has some of the freshest products available online. Have been a consistent customers for a while now. Cristin prepares and ships order fast and accurate. Orders have been arriving in 4 days or less. Shipping use to be free but now $8, from free to $8 quite a jump with no notification and believe it or not, it takes longer for shipping. As much as I have enjoyed PP products shipping is far to expensive and I have found another dispensary that still charges shipping but for almost half of PP and product and prices are just as fresh. So unfortunately I guess I have to say goodbye to PP. LOVE YA MAN!!!!!! I would recommend but ….

Everyone is so friendly there! Sara, Tiffiany, and Brian are so helpful and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. First dab is free btw! I am now an active regular and I not only enjoy the new store but I love interacting with the employees. Go check them out if you’re in Chattanooga! If ordering online, these people know what they’re doing when it comes to CBD. I live with chronic pain and this is a daily staple in my life. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. First Time Trying Flora Products, Got their pre-rolls on sale and was pleased with results on majority of them. I could not keep them in original packaging so have no way to speak strain specific….4 sativas 4 indicas. Yes I would purchase Flora pre-rolls again. I will definitely try their bulk flower next.

Stopped by this dispensary today and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The selection was impressive, everything was well organized, and the recommendations were spot on. The atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and professional, which made the whole visit comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about customer experience and quality products. Definitely one of the best dispensary visits I’ve had in a while — I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend checking them out!

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

The place has good vibes, employees are authentic and eager to help you. Menu is big had a lot of everything only bad thing I could say which isn't too bad is we haven't gotten any weekly deals yet I know they are in the works just can't wait to see what they will be.
