First impression, lobby is welcoming and open space unlike most lobbies, they have someone escort you and ask you what you are looking for vs the traditional walk in and fend for yourself route. They have this amazing selfie wall and the displays gives Kay jewelers vibes but over all clean and fair prices in every categories.

I stopped by the Hastings MI Lumberjack store (2nd time), but this time I bought the Flower of the Day, Superboof. Very nice smell from the package, smooth smoke, and a nice daytime buzz. The folks there are super friendly and had a 25% discount for the Flower of the Day. The store smells great and has a lot of other things to offer (I'm mostly interested in flower). I'll stop by the Dowling store some time soon to see what they have going on. One thing, I didn't recognize most of the strains for sale. I was hoping for some Sour Diesel or Blue Dream (common sativas) but they didn't have any of those older strains. Maybe that's good, they carry new hybrids for something different to try.

My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I've shopped here a couple of times... first just to check it out, and the second time to try their Daily Flower Special. It's a very clean and professional environment- warm and welcome with fair prices. I need to visit the Dowling MI store next to see what they have in store for us :)

best sixty dollar ounce from any dispo I've ever got. I've been to all the places in Gaylord, mancelona, kalkaska, and traverse. Yesterday, I stopped in and got an ounce of biscotti pancake and it was incredible for the price. the budtender was awesome very helpful and all the rest of the staff were very friendly. will for sure be back.
