Best weed dispensaries in Malone, New York with authentic reviews

I asked 2 weeks ago if TW could inquire about 1 gram cartridges. This week I got a message that they got them in. If that's not great service I don't know what is. Can't wait to get some of the 100 mg gummies today for Easter Weekend. Couldn't ask for a sweeter crew of employees as well

First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I love going here, fun loving and inviting here. Girl waiting on me knew the info when I asked about several products and then bought. High Quality Products at great prices . Id recommend to get higher doses of thc and cbd oils. Thanks so much, Blake

The cider is AMAZing. I'm always excited for the fall so I can stock up. The variety of in-house products is incredible, quality top tier, the pricing is incomparable in the area - as NH medical card holder, I'm just glad I live so close to be able to shop here. Great dispensary, knowledgeable staff, and top-notch herb. only downfall, it is in New Hampshire and because of that fact it is pricey. The Chichester location is only 5 minutes from my work, so the convenience is cool

Super chill laid back vibe, they host all sorts of entertainment too! Live music, comedy shows, even yoga classes on sundays! Def recommended. Great variety and great pricing
