My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. The RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg is an excellent store. I have been to the store several times over the last 2 years. Joe and the entire staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Recently I had a product that was not helping me and I wanted to return the unopened product. Even though it was well beyond the 14 day period for returns, the staff gave me a small credit towards my next purchase. Besides the great staff, the store is very professionally kept and always clean. I highly recommend the RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg

What a great experience! This was first time visiting after frequenting the other Morenci dispensaries for years and man do I regret not stopping in to support this local business sooner. Their prices are good considering they are a small business, the quality of the products I got is great, and the service was simply the best I've ever gotten at a dispensary. My budtender Jennifer was definitely one of the most knowledgeable I've ever dealt with. I definitely recommend stopping in here when in Morenci.

This is my favorite destination by way of over-achieving on all the important factors; the first and most noteworthy is always the cost, by far the least expensive of anywhere I know of. The selection of products is good, the staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. It's a great place to go fill up the stash for a good long time without a large amount of cash required, quick and easy.

Conner was probably one of the most personable people I've ever met. And this is coming from someone who's been in sales for years. Made the experience SO much better. I'm not sure if you can request budtenders but if so, then ask for him EVERY time!

I love this place even though it's a drive for me... That being said I drove out there to get my order and they didn't have any of the one thing I ordered 20 of so I had to buy something different for more,but besides that one time they have been 100% my favorite place to go!

Caught the store in middle of getting back together after a remodel. First time visitor. Autumn R. was a professional tender and took care to answer any of my questions and was great to work with. Nice deals while I was there. I’ll return and recommend this location!

The staff and atmosphere are what take me back. They are very knowledgeable about the components of the products, and how they pertain to my needs. The staff is friendly and seem to take an interest while I am there. I've been to a couple other places where they only wanted to sell product with no understanding about it or how it will work for me. That is why I will continue to go to JC3. As long as their doors are open, I will be a customer. Thanks guys.

the staff is absolutely wonderful they know me by name they know what I like all I have to do is say what kind of mood I'm in and they have exactly what I want and it works every time! now because they are a smaller establishment they're pretty rules aren't as much as I would like to see! the company runs smooth the bartenders know what they're talking about it's just a great atmosphere 10 out of 10 highly recommend one of the only places I shop at and there are plenty in my town just saying
