My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Parking lot is small but security has your back and will get you in and out. You can get great weed lots of places but this store has a vibe. All the employees are great. Literally made me feel like I was out shopping with extended family. Got some great deals and had a blast too. Thanks guys!

Great place, best prices I'm 50 miles. Use to go to the ones in Coldwater, much better prices and selection. We'll worth the extra 10 minute drive.
