Absolutely one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The team at Ivy Hall runs a tight operation while still making the atmosphere feel welcoming and genuine. You can tell management actually cares about organization, customer flow, inventory accuracy, and overall guest experience instead of just pushing people through the line. Every visit has been consistent — knowledgeable staff, solid recommendations, fast service even during rushes, and a clean, well-maintained store. The front-of-house communication and teamwork stand out more than most dispensaries I’ve been to. Staff stays professional, approachable, and patient whether you’re a regular customer or completely new to cannabis. What really separates this location is the culture. There’s a balance between professionalism and personality that makes the experience feel elevated without being pretentious. Promotions are explained clearly, product knowledge is strong, and the employees genuinely seem invested in helping customers find what works best for them. By far the Best Dispensary in the tri-state area. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are the lowest in the city. I'll be back soon.

This place has a wider selection of THCa and CBG/CBD products than they display on this site, especially from brands like Binoid and Wildwood. Their brownies pair nicely with a scoop of ice cream and a chill evening. Just wish they would also carry Astria Farm

I have been coming here over the last few weeks. Dakota has helped multiple times, he has made it easy to know which strains and products I need to grab for the day. Most places will forget once or twice to ask your number for rewards not here they have always remembered. The rewards system is the only one I'm apart of aside from McDonald's that is worth it as well. I high suggest this place if you want good product service or a fun time!! 10/5 stars!

I shop here often, both online and in store. It’s a great space, the flower is consistently fantastic, and the prices are reasonable. The location is perfect, especially with Plant Bar inside. When they host events, it’s even better, as you can enjoy the infused drinks from Plant Bar while you’re there. My favorite dispensary.
