I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. I have had nothing short of excellent service from the employees at Medicis. They are professional and courteous. the usual wait time that i have experienced for pickup is under 10 minutes. I have made ALOT of purchases there and only there so i have nothing to compare to but as of now, i rate them 11/10 overall. the selection has recently increased tremendously. the prices are steep but you know what you are getting, the weight is always correct. I have no complaints whatsoever. if there comes a time when i am unable to afford the prices, i will cross that bridge when i get there. if you’ve had a bad experience at other pharmacies, give MEDICIS a try.
