Always a wonderful experience in Fireside. The most laid back, welcoming, clean environment, with knowledgeable bud tenders who always seem happy to help, and make suggestions. There shelves are always stocked with quality flower at reasonable prices. Even with multiple dispensaries closer to me, I always end going out of my way to stock up here!

I went in because my cart batteries wasn’t working and not only did my problem got fixed my mood got fixed just by BEN’s energy and awesome customer service and truly knows what’s he’s doing between him and ZACH you truly can’t go wrong I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone you truly will be happy and BEN THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU TRULY MADE MY WEEK THANK YOU !!!! Whoa, this place is a gem! Stopped by on our way out to the lake and this stop made our day! Easy to find, awesome walkup window with an outdoor menu, but the lady was so nice we had to come inside and then WOW! Beautiful shop, super smart staff, and awesome flower selection. This place is AMAZING! They have every kind of everything from Platinum shelf flower to stony edibles. The budtender greet me with enthusiasm and are genuinely happy to be there and serving CJ, Kerby and the surrounding area. The facility is clean and the people are attentive. They have amazing prizes in their loyalty program which I signed up for. I'm a huge dabber and their selection is HUGE! Trisha the manager makes it a point to come out and interact with the customers and with her staff which seem to love her. They are all super knowledgeable and if they dont know they will research and learn with me right there! They dont rush you to choose something and leave they want to make sure you get what your seeking and I think that is so amazing!!! DO NOT JUST DRIVE BY THIS STORE! STOP IN

The staff, Tiffany, Brandon, Jada & Maeve give KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF SERVICE & are all highly knowledgeable. This is the BEST & ONLY PLACE to go in Roseburg because you get the highest quality medicine.

I needed to return a malfunctioning cartridge, but I had already thrown the receipt away. They were able to look it up on the computer as I am a medical pt. They did this eagerly and as if I were their #1 patient customer of all time!

This is one of the newer shops in town, the only negative thing I’ll say is the parking can be a little funky, but the atmosphere, service, knowledge, and product makes a little parking issue meaningless. I love this shop the most in town.
