She was very personable, friendly and solution oriented. She was able to assist me with my questions and I felt very informed and supported in my first purchase with them. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The scenery of this dispensary was eye candy. Richard was the best, he came to my help right away. Richard was able to answer all our questions quick and thoroughly, he gave me great suggestions and we had a fun but informative convo. This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. From day one when they opened Happy Monkey was excellent. Decent selection, fair prices, very friendly helpful staff, and felt like part of the neighborhood right away. First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.
