I came in not really knowing what I was looking for. They helped me figure out what works best for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful along was kind.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. Zip is a Micro-Dispensary and consumption lounge that has some of the best flower around. The informed and friendly staff are able to take their time with you. No rushing or corperate remediated weed at zip. They are started by a local plumber and the grower has beed caregiving for almost 20 years growing some of the industries best bud! Zip has over 20 strains grown in house with care. There are infused prerolls and beverages. My favorite special right now is the DIY Infused preroll kit. It comes with 14 Prerolls, 2G distillate swizzle stick brush from Wilson Cannabis. Go check out their outdoor consumption lounge sometime.

Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I love this place. Such nice staff. I originally visited the one down state on a hiking trip. but this one is in Chicago. As a med patient, I always have a smooth experience. Lots of variety and good specials too.

I loved the atmosphere of Sociale! from the second you are greeted by the security they are all incredibly kind. I have had the best times with Jeremy who works there! He is the BEST! and truly looks out for the customer :) i’ve been a pretty frequent buyer and since they opened I will not change dispensaries! they are the absolute best!!

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!
