Amazing staff , good atmosphere. Wait time isn’t that long compared to most dispensaries. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and terpenes that assist in relief you’re looking for. They also offer 1st, 2nd & 3rd time discounts not to mention a referral discount for any first time patient you bring in that’s never been to any trulieve or harvest (you both get 50% off at the time of purchase) 10/10 would recommend this location

Jason was my budtender today at Sunnyside Wrigleyville and he really knows his strains very knowledgeable and friendly. Companies need people like Jason. He's the reason why companies thrive and become successful he's at the front lines making sure people are satisfied and no matter how good the product is, if the service doesn't match you won't get customers back. Been shopping here a few years, spent alot of money, accumulated reward points, many points. They decided to cancel program, gave short notice, then canceled it a week early without notice. Messaging is clear, we'll take advantage of our customers. Avoid this shop, there's many others.
