Krystal was amazing she got in contact with higher up to take care of my EPC purchase even though they couldn't meet the cut she had phenomenal customer service and called me back to take care of my EPC needs!!! These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! Paul is cool as a fan, always a pleasure doing business here and always leave knowing I’ve got some straight fire I’m about to smoke!!! Great prices on edibles too!!!!! Anyone that leaves a bad review on here is 100% full of shit and I bet their real name is Chad or Karen :P I’m a hardcore bud smoker have been for many many years, this place is it man….trust me!!!

Came here on a whim and glad I did. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. A good environment and never felt rushed and everything they had was actually great quality. I will be changing my go to spot right here. 24 hours just sweetens the deal. Keep up the good work guys.

Here’s your truth on this establishment. HSH high sierra holistic is the cultivation LLC behind battle born disp. This company lies about their numbers in many different ways. Their testing numbers are manipulated, they pour kief in with their testing bag for when they test their buds, that is why you see HSH with such high THC numbers, but such a low effect on you, they also manipulate their financial statements, by manipulating the cost of their products through their cultivation facilities first, then send their products to the disp. For resale, not just HSH or stage, but all products they sell. This is so they can present better profitable numbers to their investors, who should have never dipped their ties in with these liars and cheats. They have no heart in the cannabis industry, the owners just care about the profits and money. They do not care about their employees, whom they pay the least in the cannabis industry, and employee foreign people who do not know better in their cultivation facility, who do not know they should be being paid way more, good people who deserve to be treated right. This company is the industrial vomit on the cannabis industry. A wolf in sheep clothing, and a snake ready to strike. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE, TAKE THAT EXTRA TIME, GO THAT EXTRA MILE. Best bud I tried in Taos for sure! Delivery was fast and communication was great from start to finish! The Bruce banner and white widow are a must if they have it in stock! Can’t wait for their dispensary to open up and make a visit!

Budtender was awesome (Char) and got me some amazing flower to try with my bogo (super lemon haze was FIRE) also went looking around the whole store for rso (which they have like 4 brands!!) really love the vibes and everyone in there said hi and smiled when I walked in. Super chill, definitely a good place to try!

I'm so glad I discovered this place. I felt very welcomed when I came in, the regional manager helped me my first time and he was super knowledgeable and helped me narrow down some strains to try for my migraines and insomnia. I love the quality of the products and the potency is on point.

I've visited this Verdes location multiple times. Each time, the people who work at this store are educational, helpful, and friendly. Special thanks to Andrew for staying late to help me! I have been given fabulous advice by not only the person working with me but also their coworkers. The flowers are amazing - potent, effective, and tasty. I take flowers for PTSD, pain, and sleep. Multiple strains have provided relief. Verdes Cottonwood consistently has high thc % for flowers, and for the most part the buds are pretty. The store is beautiful. The only thing missing is curbside pick-up. I highly recommend Verdes Cottonwood.
