Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers
