Wow! What a bureaucratic mess! And how great were the people at OMC in handling it! The process was professional, simple, and when a foul-up on the part of the state put a speed bump in the road (one state computer talking a different language than another), they were on the phone on a weekend ready to assist. Never would I have thought the process would be this easy.
