this is the best dispensary I've visited. fantastic educated staff, clean and well organized. amazing selection.

The quality of the weed was on point Service was a ten out of ten Atmosphere was very relaxed(great vibes) I don’t really mind the prices because we’re not even a year into recreational marijuana being sold here. Over time, I would think prices would be adjusted accordingly.

I thought they are all nice and knowledgeable. Sometimes might not be as engaging as they usually are, but no one can ever be that “on point.”

Relaxed, casual vibe. Minimal wait times. Helpful, welcoming staff. My new go-to!

Overall, great customer service. Dabs are great! Wnc disposables are fire great pricing. Highly reccomend and they always make things right.

I live in Hot Springs. So my two choices locally are Suite 443 and Green Springs. At least for now, Hot Springs is getting the last dispensary (Arkansas state law caps the number of dispensaries to 40 and we have 39 right now). Anyways. I believe because we only have to choices that's why the prices in Hot Springs are especially bad even for Arkansas prices and that's say quite a lot. Basically everything, be it flower, vape carts, or concentrate are all more expensive than basically any other dispensary in the state. Including Arkansas Natural Products, Custom Cannabis, Berners, High Bank (funny since that is Suite 443's sister store), The Treatment etc. On average everything at Suite 443 and Green Springs is $10-$25 more expensive, sometimes even more. It's gotten to where their sale prices everyone loves to praise are just what other dispensaries charge every day. But that means you better be free to go that day (with one days notice the night before), have the money that day, and hope what you like is on sale. Plus, if it's an event sale like 4th of July, or the 710 sale you will have to wait in line for ~20-25 minutes just to get in. But not only do we only have two choices, but Green Springs only sells products from half of the 8 harvesters. No Carpenter Farms, Osage Creek, Bold (though I'm fine with that), or Delta/Rev. So, if you want any of their products Suite 443 knows they are your only choice (unless you wanna drive about an hour each way to Custom Cannabis or further, deal with the interstate etc). And go figure Green Springs just prices 99% of everything they do carry the same prices as Suite 443. Ever since I found out ANP delivers to Hot Springs about 3 weeks ago, I haven't set foot in Suite 443 or Green Springs. And everything I've ordered has been significantly cheaper than the price at Suite 443.

Becky was great, this was my second experience with her and both times she was excellent! The selection and price is the best in the greater Cincinnati area.

This dispensary (excuse me greenhouse) how’s the most amazing friendly helpful staff! And they have the hottest funniest smartest best looking people driving their cart !!!

Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Very happy with the quality of the products available and the friendliness of the staff, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Compared to all the other dispos in the area this one has the most quality bud sunburn has good bud but it’s expensive and not quality that I’m use to being a Colorado native. curleaf had the worst flower of them all same with Saturra. Only thing comparable is müv but there prices are way higher so this matches my quality. A lot of there strains have taste in them unlike other dispos. Very caky and fruity. Edibles hit very well . Only negative I would say is the wait time and parking but that’s palm beach for you

The best dispensary around! Friendly staff, and easily has the best selection around. Only suggestions I would have are a few more specials on product specifically flower. Although, in fairness they probably don’t need to since it’s the only dispensary in the area that has flower regularly in stock. Great atmosphere and excellent help. Check them out!

I am a disabled Veteran with degenerative back, hips and knee issues. The ONLY relief I have found to be able to function daily is Animal Face and Brownie Scout from Rise here in VA or MD (Rhythm or Dharma Pharmaceuticals). My particular situation is unique in that I am considered a "high metabolizer" and lower level opioids that are generally prescribed for pain are completely useless in my system. I didn't even know that was a thing until my degenerative problems have gotten where they are. I saw in a previous review that someone addressed the price and strength of Rise's flower. For all who don't know that is finalized by boards at the state level and is beyond the control of any dispensary in the State of VA. Hopefully things will be different soon. And yes, the flower is occasionally dry, but in my fragile state this is still what I need to be upright everyday. I always put my flower in an airtight jar with a bovida bag anyway. I will continue to shop at Rise regularly and I encourage patients who deal with pain on a daily basis give Rise a shot. You don't know what you are missing!

I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!
