Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.
