I walked in to make my purchased on a Sunday afternoon. I initially expected it to be busy, but it was actually less than a 5 minute wait. I had the opportunity to work with Tylor and he was all over it. He made great recommendations and also took the time to explain the new dispensable calculations. Thanks again Tylor. I would say just the overall experience at this location with their team has been better than the other surrounding locations.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Yo, I gotta drop a fat 5-star review for this cannabis delivery dispensary in Winston-Salem, NC, ’cause they’re straight-up killin’ it! First off, their menu is stacked with all the fire strains—sativas, indicas, hybrids, you name it, they got that good good. I ordered some of that dank OG Kush, and let me tell ya, it hit like a freight train, smooth and chill.

Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

The inside of this store is amazing. The guy working has great personality and he was knowledgeable about the products. I went with some gummies and a few pre-rolls, gummies slap and the flower tasted great!!

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.
