The customer service, friendliness, and helpfulness of AJ and Penny made the experience; they were super attentive and informative and helped me pick out the carts that best suited my need. This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Chantal the driver from Redlands is amazing. she is such a great help and incredible customer service very kind and patient also very determined without a doubt ask for her when your getting something delivered you won’t regret it ! 10/10 this women needs a promotion!
