Ordered delivery. Someone from the shop called to let me know delivery window for my area was late and if I was okay with that. I like the courtesy of letting you know you might have to wait. It's delivery only in Redwood City per county statute, so atmosphere is just a fill in, since Leafly MAKES me rate it! (But when San Mateo County allows in person sales, I'm sure they will be as good in person as their delivery service!) ALWAYS great service! Delivery is super fast and professional.
