I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Sunburn is my go-to dispensary. The employees are always so friendly and knowledgeable and I really like their products. Suburn has great deals too. Jasmine, specifically, is so kind a friendly. I mentioned my birthday was coming up and she explained my free bday pre-roll for my birthday month. I had no idea about it and it was great to get an extra treat to my order! Thanks Jasmine!
