The whole store was so clean and modern. There's a huge variety of products and they all work great. The staff was patient, friendly, and answered my questions way more thoroughly than I expected. Great experience!

These guys are killing it. Low wait times and great product all the time. Jacob and Darrin have been especially helpful with bringing someone who is new to weed into the know and creating an awesome and fun experience. I can’t wait to go back and get more!!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

Love this place. From the products, to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing!! I swear by the scalp oil, it REALLY stimulates growth. I have to keep a bottle of it in my home. Once you buy, you’ll be back!

My first time ordering and everything is online, and you pay through Aeropay for delivery. You have to check the website often for deals. $20 8th's are available if you order before they run out! The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. He was friendly and patient when I asked him a few questions about the services he was providing for me as a patient of Capitol Wellnes Solutions. Pros and cons are the same everywhere. Just find the pharmacy that's right for your needs.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

This review is for the Avon Park store.... My second visit at this location and both times service has been outstanding !!!! Gregory has been very helpful to me both times .I have found the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get the right medication . Compared to other dispensaries I have been to this one is by far is my favorite !!!!! The quality that I receive and the great pricing is another reason I will be going back to this location...
