Love it here. I have never had bad experience here. I want to stay true to RIZE, not have to go somewhere else. I hope the managers read these. You need to order some more live resin sativa vape cartridges. I need live resin and sativa. I have no problem getting to and staying asleep. I just beat lung cancer, hence live resin. Log cabin feeling when you walk in. Staff & guards are all very friendly, I like that they don’t all jump on you like it’s commission based, some other places I’ve experienced this. Always great deals!!

Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

My favorite dispo near by, great customer service and very helpful at check out, one thing that wpuld be noce though is of the ipads were not as wobbly lol always flip over when ordering, great dispo!

I've been to every dispensary within the St Charles area. The experience I have had here by far exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jordan. He was super helpful in helping me find the product that would work best for my needs. The facility is clean and the ladies up front are incredibly friendly. The sign in process was a breeze I'm happy to say that I finally found my go to for my medicine!

this was my first visit to a dispensary and it was great! super chill and quiet, the staff member who helped us was SUPER kind and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! definitely would recommend, and i’ll be visiting again :)
