I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. This place is very helpful and extremely patient oriented. It's refreshing to go into a place that doesn't ask what kind of high you'd like to have

First of all, they stay open to a decent time on Sundays. Tonight I went in on a poormans budget. Bailey helped me get exactly what I needed, and was always smiling and recommended different products for me. She even called me back when left my debit card. Great great service.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Justice is the best bud tender! She put me on a strain and it was FIRE, Returned 3 more times for that specific strain. Also very friendly customer service, 100/10 recommend .
