Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

Zip is a Micro-Dispensary and consumption lounge that has some of the best flower around. The informed and friendly staff are able to take their time with you. No rushing or corperate remediated weed at zip. They are started by a local plumber and the grower has beed caregiving for almost 20 years growing some of the industries best bud! Zip has over 20 strains grown in house with care. There are infused prerolls and beverages. My favorite special right now is the DIY Infused preroll kit. It comes with 14 Prerolls, 2G distillate swizzle stick brush from Wilson Cannabis. Go check out their outdoor consumption lounge sometime.

I came in not really knowing what I was looking for. They helped me figure out what works best for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful along was kind.

have 3 dispensaries within 2 miles of my house. I will continue to drive to Wild Herb LLC in Fairfax 26 miles away for all my purchases. Wild Herb has the best customer service and in house grown products. Well worth the short trip when you want the very best. Why pay more when you can get a better product for less from people who treat you as a real friend.

Ok so my first time to OK was here. I meet my favorite bud tender Taylor who helped navigate me through my choices and the services. She was awesome! Very patient with me and all my questions. Being from out of state I didn’t want to break any rules and I had little understanding of how things where being done. She quickly got me up to speed and kindly helped me. The Romulan was beautiful and delicious. Huge buds tight and firm. So when I got my second visitors pass I was sure to stop in again! This time even more pleased I found the best deals on the best buds! Straight forward prices on quality medical. You just can’t get any better than this. Thanks for keeping it simple for us simple folks! I can’t wait to come back to see what is on next months menu! You ARE MY favorite dispensary! Keep up these great prices and don’t forget us out of state folks! We CAN NOT WAIT to come back!

Great weed no chemical or artificial terpes taste, clean grow and smooth smoke. Top notch weed done well and not cutting corners for a profit like 90% of grows. A premium American homegrown product. Would recommend over any other dispo and grow from Chicago to Detroit.
