I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. From the very first time I went here they were the friendliest, most informed AND most important they had the very best deals in town. I am retired and this medication is not covered under Medicare so this very important to me. I love the way they communicate their specials and their convenient location.

Nichole always has a smile and always takes the time to explain anything you don’t know about the strains or your prescription. Thank you Nichole for making my shopping experience great!!

Super nice ambience I love to see that they connected with the local organization to make sure that our fur babies find their forever home. A nice interaction with Stephanie and supper informative on helping us find the right product.

Checked this place out over the weekend. Great displays for the products with everything nicely laid out. The bud tender was making my cart on his tablet so I didn’t have to keep making him walk everywhere to get my stuff. I was able to browse and read packaging without feeling rushed, which rarely happens at other dispensaries. The place was also nice looking and very professional. I may have found my new regular spot

This is my go-to spot. The budtenders are all so kind and knowledgable and never try to oversell things. The prices are affordable and I’m always able to find at least something to help with my inflammatory autoimmune diseases.

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
