I love this place even though it's a drive for me... That being said I drove out there to get my order and they didn't have any of the one thing I ordered 20 of so I had to buy something different for more,but besides that one time they have been 100% my favorite place to go!

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. This is quite frankly my favorite errand to run every month. I was getting paid once a month by my previous employer so I set my stash up for a once monthly re-up cycle. Not long after I got my medical card I was at my monthly stop when I saw a dog on a leash in the building that was not a service dog. I confirmed with the staff that dogs were allowed in the building and ever since then I have brought my Daniff (English Mastiff x Great Dane) with me. She loves all the staff and they love her back! When we walk in she's jumping on the counter and getting showered with treats before I even get checked in lol. Love the store and the people in it. Great service, great deals, membership points exchangeable for cash, you name it.

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
