I just wanted to say I always had a great experience here never no problems some people are just rude if just be honest and say things and not be rude because either you once worked with some of there’s people or your just being Mean because you have nothing else to do I bet after you smoke some of their stuff you will mellow out and see things differently just be kind there enough Bull Crap in this world ok IAM done Have A Merry Christmas and smoke some good stuff.

When I came to the shop Angel treated me with so much care that I would love to come here over and over again she gave me a lot of education on different kinds of cannabis from oils to different types weeds

Always a good experience here, new strains come in regularly and always able to find some deals !!!

The place has good vibes, employees are authentic and eager to help you. Menu is big had a lot of everything only bad thing I could say which isn't too bad is we haven't gotten any weekly deals yet I know they are in the works just can't wait to see what they will be.

I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door. If these changes are not made to benefit your employees I strongly encourage EMPLOYEES OF VERILIFE START A UNION!! SEIU CAN ALWAYS USE ANOTHER CHAPTER IN CHEEKTOWAGA NY!! I love all the employees except Amie. she had me go on 3 interviews and all 3 went so good. then bam nothing. I've emailed her a few good times again since theres signs to apply. Idk if she's jealous or just needs a snack. but damn I love my people there they always take care of me. I just dont mess with Amie

Everything about this place is awesome. I used to go to a dispensary in E Amherst and it was so inconvenient and so much more of a process every time I went. This one had a personal appeal, i told them what i was looking for and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. It's my new dispensary of choice

I love coming to this place very helpful kind . I have a suggestion give people that check your id's a chair to sit on, and maybe a radio to listen to music. Nobody cares if they r sitting people r buying weed for God sake

We've been going there for a few years now. We've had one issue since we started there and it was resolved almost immediately. Great staff from the security, to the budtenders, and to the manager Corey. We're always recommending this place

Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!
