I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Great selection of products to choose from compared to other dispensaries I have gone to, not to mention the quality of all their products!

Thank you, Michael. My experience with both the Staff, and Management, will always be memorable for a number of reasons. I felt recognized, and applauded, as a very patient patient. I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

About 4 Months Ago And Employee Of Their's I Started To See More Often Named Ms. MYA That I've Been Tended To Is Very Imformative And Knowledgeable On Products Whenever I Have Questions About Anything I'm Not To Sure About. She Never Mind's Spending The Extra Time To Explain Until I Have An Full Understanding Of What I'm Purchasing Before I Walk Out Of That Store Which I Really Appreciate Every Single Time I Make A Pick-Up When Ms. MYA Is Working On That Day.
